Cosplay MEETUPS

Thank you for your interest in hosting a Cosplay Meetup at Rhode Island Comic Con (RICC) 2026!

Please take a moment to review the following Cosplay Meetup Guidelines, Expectations and Compensation before submitting your application.

Guidelines

- We are accepting submissions through September 4, 2026.
- You must be at least 18 years old as of November 6, 2026.
- RICC 2026 is a family-friendly convention and as a CGM, your cosplays should be family-friendly.
- You will receive a confirmation after submitting your application. If you do not, please reach out to cosplay@alteredrealityentertainment.com
- RICC will provide a staff photographer for your Cosplay Meetup.
- All Cosplay Meetups will take place inside the Rhode Island Convention Center.
- RICC 2026 Convention Hours are Friday 3 - 9 pm (2 pm for VIP), Saturday 10 am - 7 pm (9 and for VIP) and Sunday 10 am - 5 pm (9 am for VIP).
- Cosplay Meetups will take place on Friday 4 - 9 pm, Saturday: 11 am - 2 pm and 4 - 7 pm and Sunday: 11 am - 3 pm.
- Cosplay Meetups will be 40 minutes long, and start at the top of the hour.
- There will be (15) Cosplay Meetups during RICC 2026; 5 on Friday, 6 on Saturday and 4 on Sunday.
- You will be contacted regarding your application status by September 13, 2026.
