Cosplay Content Creator

Thank you for your interest in being a Cosplay Content Creator (CCC) at Rhode Island Comic Con (RICC) 2026! We are looking for cosplayers that embody the culture of RICC, love cosplay and can engage cosplayers in attendance. A CCC makes the con experience even better for a cosplayer. Are you a cosplay extrovert that can make anyone feel welcome? If so, you could be a great CCC!

Guidelines

We are accepting submissions through September 4, 2026.
You must be at least 18 years old as of November 6, 2026.
(8) CCCs will be selected.
We are looking for CCCs with a following on social media, family-friendly content, posts that show you engaging with fellow cosplayers at conventions, the ability and energy to engage the cosplayers attending RICC 2026, and the necessary level of professionalism.
RICC 2026 is a family-friendly convention and as a CCC, your cosplays should be family-friendly.
You will receive a confirmation after submitting your application. If you do not, please reach out to cosplay@alteredrealityentertainment.com
You will be contacted regarding your application status by September 13, 2026.

Expectations

Conduct yourself in a professional manner. As a CCC you are representing RICC 2026 and are considered a member of the RICC 2026 staff.
Be in cosplay during convention hours; Friday, November 6, 2026 from 2 - 9 pm, Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 9 am - 7 pm, and Sunday, November 8, 2026 from 9 am - 5 pm.
Be present during convention hours and engage attendees; especially those in cosplay.
Attend the Kid Costume Contest and Adult Cosplay Contest.
Promote your selection as a CCC to RICC 2026 on all of your social media channels, twice/month leading up to RICC 2026, once each day during RICC 2026 and once after RICC 2026.
Promote a personal discount code to your followers so that they can get a discount when purchasing RICC 2026 tickets.
Host or co-host (2) Cosplay Meetups. The fandom/theme will be selected by you but should be popular so as to engage as many attendees of RICC 2026.
