Official Rules

  • Each contestant must have a badge to the convention and adhere to the convention’s costume and prop policies.

  • All costumes in the Adult Division must be at least 50% handmade or altered and each entrant in the Adult Division must pre-register to guarantee their spot.

  • If you need any assistance, you may have one person to help you.

  • No nudity and no profanity. That includes messages on signs, bad language or clothes.  Remember: this is a family friendly show!

  • For safety reasons the following isn’t allowed: projectiles of any kind (darts, pellets, or even water), aerosol spray, pyrotechnics like fire, smoke, or fireworks.

  • No mess is to be left on stage after your presentation.

  • No specific audio will be played for each contestant.

  • Violators of any of these rules may be disqualified from the contest.
